I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at the University of Michigan.
My research focuses on health care labor markets and the political economy. In my job market paper, I find that deregulation of nurse practitioner prescription authority leads to a 7% fall in prescription opioid use with no associated decline in self-reported health and a 10% decline in the likelihood of hospitalization.

Previously I worked at Mathematica Policy Research, and I studied at Vanderbilt University as an undergraduate.
